The cleanest and tidiest motel I have stayed at on a month s trip
I feel forced to dispute the disparaging remarks made by Susan Berry on her first and only attendance at our monthly counter meal. She is not the voice of our club and has no right to comment on the meals of the other 34 members present. I myself had the scallops and they were cooked to perfection and delicious and all the other attendees had no complaints whatsoever, in fact I would go so far as to say that I highly recommend Bass and Flinders for their food, service and ultra friendly atmosphere.This brings me to the conclusion that Susan Berrys culinary expertise is about the same as her numeracy, grammar and spelling skills.Ian Grant President Ulysses Club Northwest Branch.
Enjoyed another regular club evening dining at Bass & Flinders. Fish of The Day delicious as usual, generous serving. Staff and manager very friendly and community minded. Dining area recently renovated, bright and airy. Good value for money.
It's not that I disliked it,I thought it to be impeccably clean&beds quite comfortable;local milkbar across the road;If you want peace&quiet during the weekdays I highly recommend the Bass&Flinders in a heartbeat.Maybe Ill get a room credit with this post??
Staff were great and the room was well presented. Appreciate the assistance with digital and decor. Meal was ok but not as good as expected.
