Degree c Management is a disgusting absolutely Feral to be honest, full of bullying and not much teaching. I was there for 7-8 months, my days were all over the place and was expected to drive my car from job to job without getting paid for it due to poor management. I would turn up to some jobs and the customer wouldnt have no idea about us coming or they have been waiting over 6 months to get the job done??? The manager accused me of reading positive to a drug reading when it was another employer didnt even get a apology, mind you the rumour went around saying I read posstive to the drug test. When I came back to work after getting off life support I was told to come in for a meeting, the boss told me that I should move states and not to be doing this trade because I had time off? I purely have completed all the taskes they had ask me to do with great comments by some of the workers I have as messages on my phone. Id stay clear of this company. The system they use is in the 1990s. They continued to send me photos of gay men bullying. BULLYING APPRENTICES!!!
